How the pricing works.

Why per site and not per user?

GatiNav only works if every operator scans and inspects on their own login. Charging per user would push sites to share logins, and a shared login cannot tell you who drove the forklift. So you pay for the site, and add everyone.

What counts as a site?

One warehouse or distribution centre at one address, with its yard and dock doors. If you have several buildings close together, tell us how they work and we will quote to match.

Why are the prices not on this page?

They depend on how many sites, powered units, clients and EDI partners you have, and on the onboarding you need. Tell us about your sites and we will send a written quote.

Can we start with Safety and move to Operations later?

Yes. It is the same GatiNav, so your people, equipment, certificates and history carry over when you change plans.

Is there a contract?

Monthly, or yearly with a discount for paying up front. Your data can be exported at any time, whichever you choose.

Can we see it first?

Yes. Ask for a demo pass: your own view-only sign-in to the full product, with every page open and synthetic data, for 14 days. We are also happy to walk through it with your team.
